      Pros

      Bonuses are good but you have to work for them and the centers are understaffed. The company parties can be fun but they often get out of hand.

      Cons

      Upper management is unfamiliar with the realities of the day to day operations and fail to provide any support to the centers. Often you will find yourself between two regional managers contradicting each other but once they decide what they want you're considered the problem.
