- The company obviously does not care about employee happiness - Customers are given the run around and are often declined for problems that are obviously manufacturer defects - Vehicle quality has really slipped in the last 10 years leading to major complaints - Business processes are convoluted and confusing at best and are usually undefined or disputed between departments - Management only cares about number metrics like call abandon rate and after call time, quality does not matter - Company just let go of over 100 employees during pandemic and then forced remaining employees to move to new office 50 miles away losing 60 more people. - Taking vacation is subtly frowned upon but this is never discussed - There is an ongoing hiring freeze that prevents anyone from gaining new positions - Everything is a knee jerk reaction

-Considered a 'conservative' company which leads many to believe there is a fear of change -Strict on work from home time (can't be the same days every month) which makes it difficult to plan for personal appointments and work meetings -Some employees that have been there a while do very little work.
