Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you're enjoying the flexible schedule, and the opportunity to make a generous living while offering valuable financial protection to working families. This career can be tough in the beginning but with a persistent work ethic, it can be extremely rewarding. Best wishes for a long future of success at AIL.

Pros

Work from home Commission can be good Sort of pick your schedule

Cons

Terrible over worked leads (call 300 a day and maybe 2 answer) Unethical, atleast in my sales room we were lead to mislead customers, Training and leadership was so bad in our group we made our own training group to try to help each other. Also when I finally quit after struggling for 8 months, they told the rest of my team they fired me.
