There are few people who will absolutely thrive in this environment. The money is definitely there if you are good at what you do, great bonuses, great incentives. Wasn't the place for me, but could be for someone else. Cunningham Agency in Indianapolis was legit, James is an amazing person.

Cons

I didn't like the smokescreen of "we are with your union and these are your benefits we have to go over" in order to set an appointment and try to sell them insurance. Some months your leads are great and then you might get a month where you make hundreds of phone calls a day and can't get 1 appointment. Companies response... "make more calls". (From the same list) The irregular schedule and 6 or 7 days a week got old fast.
