Pros

Flexible, make as much as you want, opportunity for leadership. I find that people who don’t like it are people who want to get paid just for showing up. It’s a grind being an independent contractor you’re starting your own agency. You can’t not develop skills and not put in work and expect results. If so go work for minimum wage

Cons

Days can feel long and repetitive. Takes a lot of discipline

Pros

Upper management and trainers offer great advice. Leads are paid for by the company. There's a potential to earn a lot, though exactly how depends on your exact upline/trainer/manager and how good they are. Don't get stuck with a dud.

Cons

-unpaid training -all licensing applications and test fees are out of your own pocket -you are not allowed to make sales on your own until completing an extensive "release" checklist.
