Pros

Supportive community to work with online.

Cons

1) 100% Commission. 2) Difficult to get clients to return calls. If they don't return calls, you can lose your sale and commissions to the people who work in Conservation. I was on 100% commission and those in Conservation were paid. The producer put hours into that sale to lose it to someone who did nothing for it. Company claims because Conservation is making minimum wage they can steal the sale. Producers are 100% commission. They deserve to keep their sales without chargebacks. I lost a lot of money after investing hours into a sale. AIL needs to allow Insurance Producers to keep their sales as long as they are attempting to contact the client. AIL needs to allow Insurance Producers to keep their sales as long as they are attempting to contact the client. If a client responds, is out of their control. 3) You only get health insurance and benefits if you make X amount of money - which sounds easy, but it isn't. You also have to pay $30/month union dues and you aren't getting benefits.

Pros

If I could give a zero star review, I would.

Cons

They lied about the position and pay. It’s a typical bait and switch. Cold calling all day to people who are repeatedly called. You harass the super old and over used leads. In 6 months I only made $200. I’m not bad at sales either. Over 100 calls a day. Unpaid training. Script has typos galore. Run from this place!!!!
