Pros

You get to pick your own hours once you're working on your own and you get to work from home.

Cons

It's commission ONLY. You have to spend full days training for a few weeks and don't get paid anything. You're putting in hours of work and not getting anything out of it. After that, income is based off of the chance a person wants to buy a policy.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the opportunity AIL provides but disappointed it wasn't a good match for you long-term. Thank you for your hard work and dedication to AIL and our customers. We wish you all the best in your future career path.

Pros

Opportunity to make great money from the beginning, flexible hours and really exciting perks while working here. Happy people and happy work environment

Cons

Some cons would be the need to get licensed before starting training here. I don't know that candidates are fully aware they cant make money until they are licensed.

Prepare for disappointment

Pros

Not much, unless you like chasing big shiny carrots in very long sticks. Most agents are like able. Feels like hanging out in a high school classroom.

Cons

You’ll think you are marking money, until someone cancels their policy and they take it back from you. You’ll also be charged for leads and call transfers, which is very poorly handled. The leads are recycled for years. Complete lack of leadership as well. 11 hour days plus Saturday. Poor customer service. If a client misses a payment, another agent will steal the business and the commission. Average educational achievement is high school. Only the managers make any money, and they are worked to death. Average age of an employee is 20. Average age of a manager is 22. Only about 5% of the employees make it to being there a year or more. Keep your expectations very low and you won’t be disappointed.
