Pyramid scheme from the get go. Horribly long hours and continual lies about what you're doing and where it's going to get you. The "leads" they give you are horrible and so old that many of the people you contact from them are angered that you're "just now" calling. Spent so much money getting licensed, driving around, and going in for "required" days that there was NO payoff in the end.
