You get promoted very quickly because if you stay for a month, you are probably one of the most senior people there. They will lie to you about required hours in the interview process then get angry when you stick to those hours. You will not be making the money they promised in the first month or two of starting (which is a really big deal if you were relying on it), no paid training, you are expected to train others without being paid, you will likely be micromanaged and nagged at over many tiny things, you will work 60 hour weeks 6 days a week
