Pros

great values great income potential and standards. Career based job. Great lower management staff and trainers. Everyone is always positive to certain degrees that ill allow.

Cons

No structure. SHE( LONDON) uses that fact of providing you leads so they can dictate your schedule when they use the fact that that you create you own schedule when recruiting.. And then tell you its in the contract you sign that they can if they provide you leads when in fact its not as i read it and so did my lawyer. 2. The main boss she devil lady london literelly manages this columbia agency by saying insperation words on the outside but when your in her office her whole persona changes. She uses fear and brings in her own personel beliefs on what SHE thinks not the company. This company litterally states that their purpose is to help families and community and all she liiterally cares about is money period and uses fear to motivate on the backside. God forbid you try to talk to her about how you feel then she just threatens your job. London has the mentality of whatever she says goes and its final. None of the other managers will stick up for thier employees because they are scared for their own job by doing so. Ive literally seen other agents come out of her office crying. My beliefe is you need to earn your employees respect by giving it in return while still showing your role as a manager. As a manager you you coach and find sokutions to issues not threaten on a daily basis. You dont be little your damn employees. My advice to this company is you need to start reviewing your manager with an honesty and anonymouse annual questionnaire about leadership. And my other advuce is to GET RID OF LONDON. The compony is great and i love it but london literally wants to make me quite. She does not manage properly and has to take control of everything herself. Thats why you have other managers. On top of it she is providing zero i mean ZERO training for people that wamt to become a manager she just pulls and expects them to know everything. Can you say lack of communication. How is that setting up for success.

Pros

None none none none none

Cons

If you sell a policy and the buyer cancelled u have to pay back your bonus so if u spent your pay check to cover your monthly bills now u have to work double hours to make up for it , and it can happen all the time. No time off.

Pros

There is extensive training and support. You can come from any background and excel here if you put in a real 100%. The leadership and guidance is top tier. They provide real leads so no cold calling or the need to sell friends and family. The renewals are very hard to find anywhere else. Career minded people can look forward to after a solid 10 years. Most companies I have worked at after any amount of years you walk away only with having to look for another job.

Cons

Lots of roll up your sleeves hard work up front. You need to be licensed by your state to work
