      There are no pros to working for this company.

      Cons

      This is a pyramid scheme. You have to pay money to them just to get started working(No legitimate business does this), your immediate supervisor makes money off your sales, you owe the company money if you don't meet your sales quota. This is a door to door salesman job with a pyramid infrastructure.

      Fast paced, can make a lot of money but also HARD work, as in lots of calls and lots of driving.

      Pros

      Easy video system, weekly fast pay. You will get paid when they say you will be paid. You can make lots of money!!! Can make your own hours.

      Cons

      Apparently the usual that comes w/the insurance industry. Watching out for the business you write, that it doesn't get "taken" from another agent. Follow up and feedback from main office/underwriters SUCK, so have to constantly have to watch out for your clients best interest. The hardest part is working w/an upline that is negative or believes in negatively motivating agents by telling them what they do is not good enough!
