      Good money if you do well and advance in the company (must be able to put aside morals)

      Cons

      Start at half (40%) of standard commission (~85%); 100% commission based Lied to about hours, success, and company provided leads Have to put aside morals to get in a sales opportunities home Responsible for the full 16% federal taxation and gas while driving up to 100 miles away Given lead packets each month that consist of a large number of mad, non-existent, or non-viable leads

      Pros

      1099 Employee, ability to earn unlimited income, great office space, ability to work your own schedule or hours/days. The environment is great, the people are great.

      Cons

      You do work a ton of hours to get the unlimited income, some of the managers are greedy and will want to hold you back from moving up because they will lose income by promoting you. unless you SHINE you'll probably just end up lost in the shuffle.
