      Pros

      I have worked at AIL for 3 months now and have already been promoted at our Sharonville, Ohio office. I can honestly say I have never made the money I am making right now and the best is still yet to come. I love this company because I get paid what I am worth and do not have to wait for someone to retire or move to be promoted. I control how successful I am and have all the help I need from my management team. What AIL has to offer is truly an great opportunity that someone just has to be willing to put in the work. If you do not believe me look at our CEO and see where he started at in the company!

      Cons

      I work long hours because I WANT to work long hours so I can be successful and continue to move up in management so that one day I will not have to work very long or possibly even work at all.

      Pros

      The company really does have plenty of clients to meet with and the sales job part of it is fairly easy.

      Cons

      I was not able to grow because I did not have enough backup when I needed it while I was in the field. I would call managers and sometimes they would not be available to answer questions. After not generating any sales in a month, my manager did not even step in to help get back on track. He was to busy with other things. Driving around for 8 hours on my own funds did not work out.
