      No pros at all unless you like garbage

      Cons

      They don't pay training or for you to get your license then if you get covid they stop trying and cancel your license even if your disabled. 100% commission

      Somewhat set your own schedule

      Cons

      too much time spent on the job with little to no rewards since it is solely commission based. Poor leads, use bate and switch tactics.
