Too many to list....the "leads" get passed from 1 employee to the next to the point where people hang up when they hear where you are calling from....they are obsessed with you recruiting new hires because everyone quits, they tell you "flexible schedule" when they are hanging over you forcing you to schedule people til 10pm, empty promises from MGAs about pay. All the MGAs and above care about is their 6 month retention for employees because it hurts their commission if you quit before 6 months............if you make it a year, you get a 1000$ bonus. that goes to show you that less than 1% of all hires last a year. terrible terrible company.

It's a glorified pyramid scheme. You won't make any real money until you become a manager and can start hiring people to work under you. It's really that simple. 98% of people won't be able to hack this job. You've got to be a cold blooded hustler who's willing to sell sand to a camel.
