It was a straight commission job, so depending on the area that you are located in the market may be saturated or majority in a position that they are unable to meet the monetary requirements of the company.

Unlimited income, flexible hours, kind and helpful management team, ongoing training sessions. The greatest pro is truly the uncapped commission.

Cons

No health benefits for non-management, no guaranteed income, lots of travel with no travel stipend or reimbursement. If you can't sell, there is a real possibility that you will actually lose money in this deal.
