Pros

The leads were the only pro

Cons

No morale simply none - I'm a very all around positive person and typically give the benefit of the doubt but this company never paid me and made up some crazy excuse as to why-- lost hope in man kind after working at the Slav Bitman agency in NC

Pros

None, to me they have no positive qualities. They are all about getting sales and leads and not customer service.

Cons

Unethical, my training supervisor would lie to customers to get the sale. When questioned about it was told they won't the difference. Never did get paid commission for the sales I did have. Expected to work 6 days a week and minimum 70 hours but you are your own agency so self employed. Leads are from unions and then you sell to their members but I was told to at least 10 referrals from each presentation. They spent a whole 8 hours telling us to get the leads and not leave until we get them. Also they say they reimburse you to pass your insurance license test if done within 14 days, passed mine in 8 days but then no one would comment how to get paid back for that.
