Pros

NO PROS. NO PROS. NO PROS

Cons

Had to pay for all classes. Furthermore the trainer was rude and disrespectful. I passed the class because I had another trainer train me. I worked for 24 hours a day with no pay. This is the worst company out there. Don't believe what they say because at the end you will end up flat broke.

Don't overthink and Just Do

Pros

I have been with the Weatherspoon Agencies of AIL of GA for over a year now. It's a diverse and stress free work environment that feels like a family. If you don't like people or like being around people than you don't need to work here. This is a growing environment that will reveal who you truly are in this world. If you are not willing to work than no one can help you. However, my leaders are always willing to help any time you ask. You have to want success to earn it. I am an over thinker and very critical of myself (which was revealed to me after my first month). My start with this company was a roller coaster because I lost focus through the challenges of trying something new. With the guidance and patience of my leaders I have been developed into a leader in management. You will not fully understand everything beginning with the interview process, but the way life works - and this company is all about life - you will learn as you go and the process becomes easier with each step because of the repetition of our system. Being here has helped me professionally and personally, and taught me the power of numbers, active listening, and time management.

Cons

If you are not a fighter then this opportunity is not for you. Sacrifices are necessary for the long term goals you have for yourself. There will be growing pains you will have to face but will overcome with the help of our leaders. Our success rate is based on the decision that we want to live a better life because we deserve to live a better life.

CALLING ALL CATTLE!!!!!!!!

Pros

There are no 'pros' that I could think to list for this review, other than the fact that in my opinion AIL will hire almost anyone who is willing to work on a straight commission basis. I was never employed by this company. I left prior to the group presentation. I checked 'current employee' and 'less than a year' because I had to choose something.

Cons

THIS WAS A CATTLE CALL. There are no 'pros' that I could think to list for this review, other than the fact that in my opinion AIL will hire almost anyone who is willing to work on a straight commission basis. I was even told what to wear to the initial meeting/interview. When I told the the person who contacted me that I was not interested in a sales position they said that they were 'looking for MANAGERS not Sales Reps'. That in my opinion was grossly misleading. In order to become a manager you were required to secure a minimum amount of new business within a 90 day rotating calendar period. I was then told that I would be part of an audience listening to a presentation and that it needed to be this way due to the 'OVERWHELMING RESPONSE' THAT THEY RECEIVED AS A RESULT OF THEIR ADVERTISING CAMPAIGN'. My only thought after I left (unfortunately) was... if the response was so great why did I get a phone call (cold call) from an individual with the company convincing me to come in for an 'interview'. I was also told that the company was going to open 5 new offices in the central part of the state but when I asked about the individual locations the interviewer had no idea where they would be located.
