Only good thing is people here are nice other than that there's nothing to really say.. But I have to say Kim Spooner is the best! She's hilarious & has the best souls

Cons

This job/company is a scam! Misleading! You have to pay for your course fee and pay for your testing $48 and if you fail you have to pay for it again, then pay another $52 to get your license once you passed! And they don't pay for that. And also if you have a Mac laptop you have to pay $80 to get Windows software on it because the company application runs only on Windows. This job is misleading and you don't even get paid during training and its 100% commission... I was here for 3 weeks didn't even get paid once! It's bullcrap and your constantly out everyday and every night going door to door selling life insurance.. It's absolutely stupid, and everyone that's high up gets a cut of what policies you sell. It's stupid, save yourself the trouble and money your better off working at the mall or even mcDonalds

The company slogan says it all, Opportunity Unlimited. You will be promoted and paid you worth if you are committed and worked very hard for it. I got promoted 3 times already since I started!

Cons

The biggest "con" for most people that work with me here is commission only. As for me, I learned how to consistently sell policies on a weekly basis and never had to worry about not getting a pay check. At first, it was hard to learn the industry, but hard work, time, effort, and dedication, I was able to excel.

Well let me start off with the environment. It is like nothing i have ever experienced. I am excited to wake up in the morning and go to work in the morning. Everyone in the office is excited for your success. Everyone will help each other out in order to become successful. No one in the office has a bad or negative attitude as a matter a fact it is a very motivating environment. Another con is that you will make great money, when you WORK FOR IT! you get what you work for here! Nothing is handed to you but the proper training and resources to make you great. Its a career not a JOB (Just Over Broke) Another con: would be The way promotion works . If you want to be promoted all you need is enough business and personal recruits, you can get promoted at your paste and you have a road map on how to get there. I Love that i am able to take charge and even open my own office when I am prepared. I get to have my license in any state all it requires is a state fee that is such a huge opportunity to grow! The opportunity to travel is something that also intrigues me. very interesting. What people need to understand is that if it where easy everyone would be doing it! DO WHAT IS EASY AND YOUR LIFE WILL BE HARD , IF YOU DO WHAT IS HARD YOUR LIFE WILL BE EASY! Another con is: You get paid to personally recruit!If your an agent You get 500 and if your not an agent you get 200$ the opportunity is there! It helps you grow as an individual in your Communication skills , Phone , sales, Marketing Skills . I also get to protect families when something happens , because what people tend to forget is that everyone will die and their will always be a cost , they find tat out when it is to late . I love educating people on something absolutely necessary in their life. You can retire in 10 years with residual income. Always take care of our clients! Always pay out!

Cons

Do not go in their expecting it to be easy because let me tell you ! A Career is not Easy! It take work and dedication! The first year is always hard , in anything ... Because your learning.
