      AIL will train, teach and guide to achieve all best in you. The rest is your attitude, skills and passion to work hard. Becoming an insurance agent or sales manager within the company demands your habits to be changed, if you want to be a success

      Pros

      This is absolutely a chance to make a large salary in a short amount of time.

      Cons

      The worst part of this position is you have to have an ample amount of your own money to continue "running" appointments. The only way to truly make money is to go to neighbor states which is expensive and time consuming; in addition to the long hours, work evenings and weekends. Once you get to "management" you have to also be able to support your trainee on these runs and pay for recruiting.
