Freedom to work your own hours, great mentor ship who help you with whatever you need. Most importantly (for me)the ability to make a LOT of money.

Cons

Have to be willing to work hard, if your looking to just check in and check out doing the bare minimum this is not the position for you.

-ability to earn money is not limited -people, managers, leaders and coaches are amazing and fun -complete and ongoing training -amazing products -great phone app for company -many promotion opportunities

-some late hours -must work hard (but compensated well for it)

An Opportunity Filled with Potential

I have worked with AIL for 3.5 years so far and came into this field completely new to the industry not having a clue about anything. My first year (23 years old) I made $105'907. This opportunity launched my life, put my family in a brand new home, brand new car, etc.. This career allowed me to grow so much as an individual by pushing me to be better and do better. You can go from 0 to 100 real quick in this industry as long as you're coachable, have a strong work ethic, and actually put in the time to learn the tricks of the trade. One of the best things about this opportunity is that you work like a family and not as a boss/employee environment. Everyone is cheering for you and willing to put in as much time as need be to help you with whatever you need. What hooked me to this career was the residual income you build that you get paid on for life. Thank you for believing in me and giving me this opportunity AIL!

Cons

If you don't know how to be proactive instead of reactive to situations you can have a difficult time with certain situations, again though, this can be solved with personal growth, like most things.
