7 years ago I was a new graduate fresh out of college without any direction. I just knew I wanted a fast way to earn income so I could pay back my student debt. I wasn’t interested in pursuing my field any further but instead I was open to anything else. That was my naive self 7 years ago. I’m grateful to say AIL has completely changed my perspective. Today I get to impact families lives with our insurance benefits and help co-partners in the business change their life all while impacting my families lives. This is reputable company in our backyard that connects us all. Doesn’t matter what ethnical or professional background you come from. This is a company where you can grow in a family atmosphere, accomplish your goals in a motivated team environment and make unlimited sums of money. This company is #24 happiest company to work for on Forbes list and there is no surprises. If you can move past a skeptical mindset and not have negativity consume you then you too can change the course you are on and make a difference in other people’s lives. It’s been 7 great years and they went past very quickly. I have many more to go.

Cons

When you are in a constant positive environment you need to train your mental game to operate that way even outside of work. This requires you to pay attention to your inner circle. Becoming successful isn’t a pill you take. It requires a postive attitude, intentional action and a good work ethic. If you have a negative surrounding outside of work it could weigh you down. This is why it’s important to keep getting advice from those who are getting great results in the field you are in.
