      If you like working for free, by all means this is the best place for you! Clean office, prompt communication responses, nice first week of classroom training

      Cons

      Nothing in the interview is the full truth of the job. They don't mention the steps you have to take to actually achieve what they say your pay is. A lot of fancy charts, loud web cam meetings about their awesomeness, however, nothing works in the favor of hard working new employees. Worked here 1 month, figured out all the twists and turns, and left as soon as possible. I will not respect or work for an employer who lies to get his quota. Therefore, you could call this a big ol scam.

      Pros

      Casual Tuesdays. Great co-workers (non management). Christmas Party and small bonus ($25). Good hours.

      Cons

      As a recruiter we were told to basically lie to prospective new employees by telling them that we do no not have information as far as compensation, which we partially did. My direct manager told me not to tell the potential interviewees it was a commision based job to get them to come into the office for an interview and after seeing the presentation let them find out for themselves. I received multiple calls after they had interviewed expressing their frustration and disappointment.

      If you get paid i think the pay is good. I never actually got paid.

      Cons

      Very inappropriate language. very money hungry sleazy management, long weird hours, no decisive answers to your questions you get the run around all the time. Pyramid scheme. You have to pay for your license and training. Basicaly work free for a month or two.
