No flexibility, they tell you , you are independent, but they control your schedule they say you can have your own hours, you wont, they suggest hours and want you to use these hours they want you to work 7 days a week, 24h a day The products are sold like in the way of a scam than real insurance, in Quebec the script was 45 minutes long and was playing a lot with emotions The lead are bogus and obtained in a grey way, lot of lead are taken by people referring friends or family because they think they are giving them free stuffs The environment of work is not good, there none Don't try to improve anything they will shut you down Money looks good, but when you calculate money earned and add your expenses, you better work at the convenience store.
