Pros

- Ability to make an uncapped amount of money - Surrounded by a group of high-level individuals who chase greatness 24/7 - Annual convention is usually at a cool spot

Cons

- Micro Managed - "Free" Leads usually just means low/no intent - Team meetings are purely motivational - The only way to make a career out of this place is disregarding who you are as an individual and doing what you're told without thinking or asking questions.

Pros

If you are lonely and do not need to earn money they will fill your empty hours and that's about the only pro.

Cons

They churn and burn desperate people with empty promises of unlimited income. Before you work with them ask them how many stay with the company more than even three months. Everyone leaves because few can make an actual living harassing union members. You will be expected to trick every prospect into giving you names of friends and family so that you can generate your own leads and save the company money. Your prospects did not ever request life insurance, they were told they are to receive union benefits. It's your job to bait and switch them. Management pushes you to work 80 hours weeks and everyone who quits this terrible "job" gets shunned, just like in any cult.

We are sorry to hear your experience did not meet your expectations and was not a good fit. Your experience does not represent the typical training and supportive management style Globe Life American Income Division promotes.
