Pros

Opportunity to make good money for workaholics and give yourself at least one month of not making any money and investing about $500+ on your end for licensing / training/ testing etc.

Cons

Lack of training more of a roll the ball at there and let me critique you approach. I was looking to work part time and the training is 6 days a week 45+ hours a week so do not do this as a 2nd job unless you have zero life. I work full time job and my manager could care less she demanded 6 days a week and it wasn't working for me or them.

Pros

There is about none. Maybe the fact that it's a pyramid scheme and you can get people under you to supple your salary? Otherwise, just off your work alone no one actually makes a living.

Cons

The hours go on forever. You have to meet with families in the evening. Your paychecks can be deducted if a past customer cancels their policy. You hardly get a paycheck. It's also a 1099 job so taxes will kill you in the end. They try to bribe you and bring you in with the promise of a salary that you can set yourself and hours that you can work yourself. Don't do it! It's a bad job. Maybe if they paid you an hourly rate with smaller compensation, I can see that but no. It's all on your own.

Pros

You can make lots of money Good benefits if you meet the certain quota to even have them. Nice people to work with

Cons

Worked about 12 hour days Mon - Friday and only got paid once. All commission based and training is not paid like they say it is. You only get paid during training if u make a sale or ur hire up is feeling generous and let’s u get the sale while they show u how it’s done. They say you make your own schedule which really isn’t true unless you’re making good money with them. I felt like I never finished getting the hang of it and most people don’t know you are setting up zoom calls to sell them insurance you are blind siding them. You will have to invest lots of money into this job before you even make any with them. I didn’t even make back a third of what I spent for this job. Not worth it extremely mentally draining unless u have experience in it.
