You are expected to work long hours and are only paid on commission. You have to attend training and master the script before they send you into the field and this time is not paid. They advertise no cold calling but you spend hours calling people who have no interest who were basically tricked into giving their information for another purpose. The office is very laid back if thats what you prefer, but I did not appreciate the constant vaping. I worked here for weeks and did not receive fair compensation because I believed in the statistics about commission that they pitch you. If you are not a sales person and you don't want to waste time trying to convince people to buy insurance they don't want this isn't for you. Especially because you work at the clients house. You make a schedule for field days and most appointments are no-shows. People will cancel on you and you are told to go door knocking on your down time.
