Thank you for your review. We're disappointed our agent position didn't meet your expectations. This position can be tough at first and does require a persistent, sales-minded individual to succeed and is not for everyone. It can be a very rewarding career both financially and personally for the right individual. We wish you all the best in the future.

Pros

If you like working from home, sales, a corporate environment, if you're a people person and don't mind grinding this is for you. You'll always have someone willing to give you advice, there are multiple examples of people who make a lot of money in the company. upward mobility is big here as well everyone in the company all the way up to the president started as an entry level agent. lastly Literally everyone wants you to succeed and wants to get you promoted. The ceiling is High

Cons

Zero free time, you're always on the clock even when you're not because if someone calls you needing help it's your job to do so. YOU WILL WORK HARD, or you will not make it, there is little room for taking breaks and days off if you want to succeed. 100% commission based so no sales = no paycheck. Chargebacks are a common thing meaning if you make a sale then your customer cancels within the first few months you have to pay ack to the company the money they've paid you upfront not by making payment but by taking some money off your next few paychecks until the balance is paid, having to run behind clients to show up to their appointments or pay their bills after you've already made the sale is common. Lastly there will be times when you make zero dollars and the turnover rate is really high, meaning the amount of people who leave the company by getting fired quitting or whatever the reasons is high.
