Pros

Opportunity unlimited. There is an opportunity to make great money and have financial freedom. It all depends on the work you put in. Management is supportive and the company culture is very positive and inspiring.

Cons

You essentially work for yourself (1099 position) so you are often on your own, which can be a pro and a con. There is no base salary, you will only get paid when you make sales. No sales=no income. Training is also unpaid. Chargebacks will hurt you. You are expected to work 6 days a week, evenings, and weekends. You have to grind hard with little reward for the first year or so if you want it to pay off. It is probably best if you have savings or someone else to depend on financially. Also you are expected to use your personal car, phone/ phone number, and computer for business.

Thank you for your insightful feedback regarding your time with AIL. We're happy that you enjoyed the positive environment we encourage at AIL but disappointed it wasn't a good career fit for you long-term. The position does require a persistent, sales-minded individual and isn't for everyone. We'd like more details on the hiring process at this particular agency regarding your being misled on some of the job aspects. Please send that information to AILfeedback@ailife.com. We look forward to hearing back from you soon.

Pros

The upper management constantly stays in the mix to make sure they train you well. Through zoom meetings they can help you on the fly with any situation you might have with a client. Overall great vibes and work culture and the money is good if you're committed to the work.

Cons

Some days can be very fruitful. Some days can be a drag. Again, this industry isn't for everyone. You have to have a certain personality and mindset to make it work.
