Great people! Positive & motivating atmosphere, as well as unlimited earning potential. We get to talk to interesting people all day and we are protecting families. Win, win!

Cons

It's hard work! People left bad reviews because they weren't coachable and/or didn't put the work in. If you're a hard worker and you can handle sales (most can't) you can & will earn a lot of money. If you're not motivated, not a people person, or you're really just looking for a regular 9-5 type paycheck, you probably will sink fast. It's not for everyone.

Great team Super motivating very supportive for the most part. Good pay if you’re making sales

Cons

Higher ups especially from other offices can be offensive (calling people losers) If you’re not comfortable trying to sell 100 dollar policies to people requestion free safety kits for their kids then don’t take the job. Lack of balance. Bait and switch. EGO
