Pros

Potential for a lot of money to be made. And residual income if you can stick it out with the company.

Cons

You're almost guaranteed to need to lie to get appointments, and im sure some people even lie during the appointments.

Pros

The pay scale for this position is excellent. Well above minimum wage, and there are fantastic bonuses you can become eligible for when you meet or exceed expectations. The people you work with are amazing as well. Neighbors are helpful, and generally very light hearted - making for an excellent work environment.

Cons

Management is incredibly ineffective. Third shift managers notoriously live on their phones while the remaining work force keep busy. Favoritism in the office is very evident as well. Certain female employees are allowed to take their breaks and lunches at the manager's desk during business hours, making it difficult to approach them with issues. Any and all infractions will cause you to lose any and all bonuses or compensation you count on as part of your salary. One minute late, make an error on the phone, can cost you money. Management is told to find these infractions to save the company money. So even frivolous things are invented to keep costs low. Parking at this location (Waco) is a chore, as they operate out of a retail outlet and not an actual office building.
