Pros

No pros. This company is a scam. The red flags are everywhere. There are very few people that make extreme amounts of money and a huge amount of people that leave in debt. Don’t be fooled.

Cons

Monitored for 12+ days I worked “trained” full time for 3 months before they gave me an opportunity to make money Memorize 12 page script word for word and get yelled at (because you’re always being monitored) if you’re even one word off Dozens of people listen in on your “appointments” with clients (low income union workers) and are able to hear all of their confidential information if you make a sale. Very unethical. Literally had to ask permission to step out of frame of camera to use bathroom during the work day You are expected to make 2 calls per minute.

Pros

Lots of BS shuck and jive “training” you can receive but it will cost you.

Cons

Long hours for little pay. That is probably why it is straight commissions as it would be too low a wage to post. No one would apply. They tell you there are lots of “warm” leads since they work with over 30,000 unions but it’s a lie. They string you along and provide the new agents with dry burnt out leads that have already been called to no avail by other agents higher up the latter.
