The Leads. They are recycled old leads from 1000s of other agents that have attempted to call the client. Bait and switch clients with mcgruff. We have to only focus on referrals becasue they’re so cheap to buy new leads for the agents. They steal the agents policy after their hard work. The chargerbacks are sickening. They expect you to pay a ridiculous amount weekly for the ‘manager fee’s’ just so it’s cheaper for them to run the office. The LIES, the hype, the fake benefits they offer when they first hire you. Did I mention the lies?

It's long long long loooooooooooong hours of work. I accepted the job thinking I could make a difference and help people who really want to make sure their loved ones are taken care of when they're gone. Based on the way the company truly treats their staff, AIL does not cherish life at all. 6 days a week... all day. If I was not going house to house or riding in the car, I was making back to back calls. This job could be absolutely possible and amazing for someone that has another reliable source of income and no dependents.
