I was lured to a job interview there 9/18. The Benefits Enroller is sales in a group interview.

Pros

I could not find any. The company seemed to have a solid product. The approach of lying in a group interview is unacceptable.

Cons

Be honest about who you are. I was there for 2 interviews. The first offered a job 65-68k/ year. No one does that in a group interview. The second was totally different. 65-68k/year for 4 sales per week. Not mentioned in the 1st interview.

Pros

I like that I can create my own schedule as a single parent. I have the freedom to think and act as a business owner. If I work I am rewarded, If i don't, well that is on me. I have been given several opportunities for upward advancement based on my performance over the years, some I took others I held off for more experience. The company grows when I grow, and I grow when the company grows. This is truly an unlimited opportunity for those with the drive, grit and determination to take it.

Cons

The biggest con is the misinformation or blatant falsehoods I see on review sites. I have never seen people in sweat pants drinking beer at the office, however I saw that review posted. I have never seen anyone work 80-90 hours a week, however I saw that review posted also. The profession is not for everyone, that is true, however the venomous reviews posted by those who could not hack it, leads to others who could be great passing on the opportunity. A shame
