Commission only. Like just barely not a scam. You have to pay for the exam, the license, the month(s) of feeding yourself until you actually make a sale. Calling people who only signed up for a child safety kit to sell them life insurance and upsell policies. Not to mentioned that often the sales you make will, months later, be repoed out of your account if the customer doesn’t pay or cancels. My wallet & self esteem have never been lower than working at this god forsaken, unhealthy, toxic grind culture.

No base salary. Gonna be cold calling all day. Will only make money if you make 300 calls a day and work 6 days a week. It is not a pyramid scheme but is structured like one.
