Pros

I libe AIL because the company really does provide unlimited opportunity for growth. Management really cares about your progress and does everything in their power to help you along the way. Plus there are tons of bonuses you can rack up on top of your commission. This is not your typical commission job where they throw you to the wolves and ask you to make a list of everyone you know to try to sell them something.

Cons

I won't lie and say this job is for everybody. If you're not willing to commit to success or put in some long hours (especially in the beginning) you won't make the money you want to be making.

Pros

None. Zach Hart Agency is only a good place to work if you're racist, and sexist... BBB approved scam.

Cons

I work as a recruiter for The Zach Hart Agency in Troy which is a subsidiary of American Income Life. There are about 30+ recruiters all trying to get people to come in for an overview of the Benefits Specialist position. Recruiters are given bad leads from lists (with names and numbers), and old resumes from Monster, Beyond, Career Builder and Zillion resumes. On the actual resumes certain words are in bold letters that say key things like, sales and customer service so if you're an Engineer, or in the IT field and have customer service listed on your resume beware! The Zach Hart Agency will soon call you offering you a commission based job that you have to pay $200 to have working under people who drive Rolls Royce's, and Lamborghinis who will make you feel as if one day you will drive one of those cars, but the odds are against you because it's just a big pyramid scheme...

Pros

I met some fun interesting people that I am still friends with today and they have also left the company

Cons

No paid training it was a month before you saw my first check then it was only $200 because my manager wasn't good at her job then every time I would do the leg work and make the sale she would take the credit a money the I made a total of $700 in my two months of being they after I was told I had the potential to make $1000 in a week don't believe the hype. Unless you get paired up with a top seller you won't make a lot of money starting out. Then to top it off when me and my manager had a disagreement while on the road she left me stranded 200 miles away from my car do not work the Chui Agency if you value your time they are very disorganized
