Pros

-Requires no skill -Day goes by fast

Cons

-Filled out w4 and was told was employee but paid with personal check as if independent contractor -Must provide own supplies ("even though not independent contractor") -Must cold call people all day to schedule interviews (even those who have already refused interviews) -Must lie to potential employees about position interviewing for not being a sales position (even though it is) -Micromanaged (made sure to call and harass people three times before leaving a voicemail) -No benefits to full time HR Recruiter -No rest breaks -Must take lunch into sixth hour -Vague responses or none at all when asking questions about status of employment or how to handle questions toward potential interviewees -No potential to move up in pay as HR Recruiter -No paycheck stub with pay that lists hourly rate, gross wages, net wages, etc.

Pros

-opportunity to make stupid amount of money, if that's your thing -lots of bonuses and incentives for top performers -the training is thorough and better than any company I have ever worked for -opportunities to advance quickly if you're good at what you do -If you're young, single, motivated and with no kids this job is great. They will teach yow how to retire in ten years.

Cons

-if you have a life outside of your profession, be prepared to kiss it goodbye. The work schedule is not conducive to family life, hobbies, vacations, etc. Training is three weeks of 14 hour days, six days a week. And once training is over, you will only ever have Sundays off. -With that being said, you will spend upwards of 60 hours a week working and only be paid commissions. -No gas compensation and you will be driving 4 days out of the week for about 8 hours each day. -Management will invest in you and befriend you at first and then when you become unhappy and or/quit/ask for time off they treat you like scum beneath them -They will withhold your final check after you leave. This happened to me and three other people who left. So budget for that.

Pros

Quick cash if you have your license already and you have some idiots to sell to.

Cons

It's a huge scam. Don't believe these 5 star reviews, they are from the management trying to make the company look better. Do any real amount of research on this company and you'll see how much a scam this place is. It's basically a pyramid scheme structure feeding off the poor and the ignorant. You'll be selling insurance for poor people, sitting in their houses, doing a lot of door to door selling, hundreds of miles of driving, and all for no guaranteed pay. Don't waste your time, or your money. When I started the manager was talking about you could make 100k+ a year in his role if you stuck it out, but the guy was driving a beat up car, wearing suits that don't fit, and was pretty much what you would expect a kid dressing up to be rich looked like. Don't give this place a chance, they will literally hire ANYONE, it really doesn't matter. They have you get your life/health license, and then you have to spend the next 2-3 weeks training (for no pay guaranteed pay), and then you're let loose while constantly being micromanaged. Run away if these people call you, this company is a gigantic scam.
