Pros

Great at giving you hope you can succeed in life, terrible at delivering anything but empty promises

Cons

Con artists, the manager who recruits you will make claims of $1000/week, will make it sound fantastic, will work hard to gain your trust, then will backstab you to make a quick buck. They convinced me to quit my full-time job, and that they'd work around my school schedule. Once I quit my full-time job, they told me that I'd have to choose between working for them and going to college because 9am-1pm 3 days a week was too many hours to "be successful with insurance." I chose college. Now the manager is literally taunting me via text about how much of a loser they think I am for "setting myself up for failure" and informed me they'd be giving me the $900 paycheck (six months of work by the way for $900) and giving it to another employee in retaliation. So for 6 months of work I made $100, spent over $200 of my own money, and I quit my full-time job. Don't work for these people. They are con artists.

Pros

1. You determine your worth, not your employer. 2. You are in charge of your own paycheck; the harder you work, the more you get paid. The less you work, the less money you make. 3. There is no set schedule, you decide your own personal schedule. You can shape work around your personal life 4. You get to meet new people everyday 5. There is always room for advancement in the company 6. Opportunity Unlimited is a reality 7. No cold calling and no door to door sales!! 8. Appointment based So many more!

Cons

1. It is commission based, so you need to prepare for that. 2. It's not difficult work, but it's also not easy. 3. Long hours at times if you are willing to go the extra mile. 4. Must be a people person because you are working with people all day long. 5. Must have a constant reliable mode of transportation because 80% or so of your job is spent driving. If your car breaks down, you are SOL.

Pros

I've been working for this company for years, you can make your own hours after training, the money is unbelievable, your helping credit and labor unions and at the end of the day it's the most rewarding part of it all!

Cons

The only cons about this company are the bad reviews from people who have no idea what they're talking about.
