it is definitely not what I signed up nor agreed to. I spoke/interviewed and which they made it as if there were appointments already made and you retrieved the amount of appointments you wanted per day/ not cold calling from a recycled list that has already been called from 5-10 times or more and majority of the people called are fed up with getting calls n want to be removed but they aren’t and the other are not financially stable yet we are to still encourage and sell them policies! Also they say that it is a remote position u choose your hours and that once again is incorrect this company expects you to work 24/7 for free and here n there u may actually sell a policy to get half that yet taxes will eat you up with!! Also this job does not pay hourly yet it is micromanaged as if you do with demands being on zoom while making calls etc. I was lied to about this job in the interview and gave up a great job for nothing! You need to be completely honest with new applicants during the interview that would help the turn over rate with such companies as this.

This is literally an MLM (multilevel marketing company) which means you work for free and its a pyramid scheme. They don't pay for training and you actually have to pay upfront 100+ dollars. You gather customer information using child safe kits, go to the customers' house to 'show them' how to fill it out, and persuade the customer to buy life insurance. Its a scam all around and you only make money if you persuade someone to buy the insurance, otherwise you work for free.
