Pros
Coming from a competitive salary, commission, and bonus background; I took a big risk to move from California to Tucson, Arizona. I have been with the company for about a month and I haven't looked back since. Opportunity is truly unlimited and your outcome is based upon the time and effort you put into the company. My weekly check is more than what people make in a month in this city, but the greatest joy is being able to service the local community.
Cons
A lot of hours to put in when you first join. If you have a family to support, you will find out that time management is key to being successful in this industry.
