Pros

- Leaders that care - Fun, uplifting office environment where Mondays feel like Fridays! - Lifetime renewals - Opportunity unlimited; be WHAT you want, make as MUCH as you want, and achieve your dreams

Cons

It gets overwhelming keeping track of my weekly bonus checks, monthly release checks and monthly renewal checks for my accountant.

Pros

Possibility for huge amounts of commission money.

Cons

Super sneaky! You sign 15+ papers on the day of employment; almost everyone is hired because the turnover is huge. Training does not exist, you just are told what to do. During "booking" to set up meetings with potential buyers, I was ordered to call the same people up to five times. Some were yelling, most just hung up...one threatened to get her lawyer involved. I was told "you can do this part time around you school schedule when the semester starts" but upon going to the first meeting, I learned that "in order to be successful at AIL, you need to put in 70 hours per week". Then I also discovered you do not receive your first commission sales until you've been there six months. I left, and then found out I owed them $320 for the license they had me pay for. I then got a bunch of negative emails and TEXTS about how unprofessional I was as an AIL agent; I informed them that my contract said specifically that I was an independent contractor. A boss that texts you after working there a week? The only thing professional about AIL is their dress code. Also...they go on frequent trips to Iowa, where there are less strict laws on pre-existing conditions so they can get more sales.
