      One word, dissappointing......

      Pros

      Weekly pay option, bonuses, freedom.

      Cons

      They make things seem as if things would be easy! What they don't tell you is that you 3-4 hours or more on the phone for call night to set up you schedule. You pretty much work 6 days. There's a lot of people that have insufficient funds or give you a bogus account number and you don't find out about it until you go to get your check or wait on it to post and you they tell you that you're not getting paid because of ABC. I hated it and felt so good the day I quit.

      Pros

      I am the only limit to my income. It's good money, can be GREAT money. I've made some of both. I like the products, the tools we have, and the ability to help folks transfer the risk from themselves to the Company

      Cons

      The corporate side can intrude and get pushy. I've had better managers than my current, but if I build myself away from him I'll have little to do with him in the end, so I work harder. Your immediate supervisor has the authority to box you away from HIS superiors, which is sad because I could learn from them.

      Pros

      Tremendous bonus structure, management opportunity, renewal system (only 10 year vesting and you will get substantial monthly checks the rest of ur life), lead sources (no cold calling), hierarchy system where supervisors are financially motivated for their people gaining success, training, leadership development, growing company with 60 plus yr history

      Cons

      They expect you to work hard. You can not simply fly under the radar and expect to flourish.
