Pros

if you are given leads with working phone numbers you can actually call people to have a chance at setting up a sales meeting

Cons

100% commissions, no paid training, have to provide your own work equipment, expected to work 12 or more hours a day and 7 days a week. Manipulative and predatory sales scripts, was pushed to recruit new employees regularly while I was still in training.

Thank you for your review. We're disappointed that our Agent position isn't meeting your expectations. This position does require hard work and dedication in order to succeed and is not for everyone. It can be a very rewarding career both financially and personally for the right individual. We wish you a successful and productive future ahead.

Pros

Help you get your license. You still have to pay for it but they “help” I guess

Cons

Not paid training can take up to 3-4 weeks of training. Constant supervision, get really mad when you call it micromanaging. Even though you sign a contract saying you work anytime. Leads are NOT insurance leads. They are for child safe kits, will kits, pretty much freebies people fill out a form to get and you spring insurance on them. WHEN YOU BECOME A MANAGER YOU HAVE TO PAY $125 a week to keep that position for “recruiting” NO WORK/LIFE BALANCE, they will call your children “distractions” Literally worked 9-9 EVERYDAY
