Pros

They have decent compensation, you're a contractor if that's a plus for you and its very much so a family.

Cons

It says training is paid, its not. You will do two weeks of training 12-13 hour days seven days a week. This is before you can even get paid. I would not recommend this for someone who needs to get paid. The leads ugh. 80% of the people you call are annoyed or forgot they signed up for whatever no cost benefit you are trying to push to get into the door. They expect you to do every lead even if its gated, even if there is a big dog in the yard. I just don't feel like its safe. Health insurance is something you buy and they kind of reimburse you for it. No dental, they suggest you use the discount card they give clients for 60% off of whatever you need.

Pros

None. It’s a pyramid scheme!!!

Cons

Too many to list: people don’t waste your time( and your own money!!) with this unethical joke of a company. You’ll work long hours going to some really poor parts of town you never knew existed. Its a total scam. A pyramid scheme. A PYRAMID SCHEME!!!So if you’re still there after, say, 2 months you’re either incredibly lucky of stupid.

Pros

If you don't mind where your money is coming from, don't mind shelling money out for all of your costs to do your job tasks, don't mind working without pay until far into your working months, dont mind doing what you could do with a list of prospective sales and all of your resources on your own, don't mind moving up only by training and replacing yourself, don't mind making residual income long after you've stopped doing the actual work, this is a great place to get a paycheck.

Cons

The employees do all the footwork, and pay all associated costs, including phone, administrative, and transportation costs, among others, until at least a month in of actual working time. The business operations function like a multi-level-marketing model, and actually might be. That is not only unethical and hard on the employees, but is illegal in the US.
