The team/trainers/upper management really seem excited to teach and pass on the wisdom of what it takes to be successful as an insurance agent.

Cons

It does require being able to commit to a certain time frame of the day so that might not be ideal for some individuals.

Incredbily white male dominated and the leadership isn't even aware of their blatant sexism and racism. I could have continued to work here if the leadership I was under was not absolutely terrible.
