Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry our AIL agent position didn’t meet your expectations. Your experience does not represent our training and management style and we apologize if you felt you weren't given the proper support while on our team. We invite you to send us your agency location and any other details of your experience to AILfeedback@ailife.com so that we can investigate your situation and help improve our agents' path to success. Pros

Friendly Coworkers and Management, convenient work from home

Cons

It is 100% commission. My coworkers and I spent a lot of time working for free. You while spend hours doing calls to people who’ve asked you to stop calling and make nothing. Everyone on my team eventually quit. You’re expected to attend locker-room type meetings, and you’re expected to be available often for meetings to be sprung on you. If you’re making no money, you’re expected to work extra hours to show initiative, but still end up doing free work. Don’t expect to make much the first month. It was also advertised as a customer service job.
