Pros
Unlimited income potential. I have been an agent for a couple years and can't imagine doing anything else. I love the people I work with and meeting with families out in the field. yes, I work a lot of hours, but there is nothing like not working under someones thumb. The owner, (Zach Hart) truly cares about his people, and has helped me in so many ways even with his busy schedule. The managers have helped tremendously along the way.
Cons
Be ready to work as making 80k a year doesn't just fall in your lap.
