Pros

they'll help pay for your licensing(sometimes)

Cons

sexism, sexual harassment, religious discrimination, racism, retaliation, homophobia, transphobia, brazenly being told by management to sell policies in states we don't have licenses for (which is super illegal), unprofessional and extremely childish behavior from supervisors, entirely commission based but you're told in the interview that you'll be making $3,000~/month during training as a base pay rate. ITS A LIE. IT'S A PYRAMID SCHEME. the leads are ancient and picked clean and with the pittance that's left, most of them are uninsurable. you get 100-130 leads in training and after that you have to buy lead packs which is normal but then you get told that you didn't make enough sales(the number of sales you make doesn't actually factor into this decision from what I've seen. It's all how much you suck up.) in the worthless pack they gave you to get a good lead pack so you have to get another pack of bad leads, or even worse yet: they tell you that they "don't HAVE anymore leads" and "you're just gonna have to wait, unless you want to sell to all your friends and family" which they know is illegal but push you to do all the time. you will almost never get paid for the amount of work you put in. 100hr work weeks will net you like $70 if you're lucky.

Pros

There’s no pros to working here.

Cons

Everyone is super friendly and makes you feel welcomed and like family but in reality they could give two craps about you. When they look at you, all they is $$$$$$. It’s a pyramid scheme. Actually thought I made friends but when I decided to quit because I had to do what’s best for my family, I was excommunicated. If you want to take advantage of others and make money off them, then this is the job for you. Also plan on working 7 days a week and in the evenings and if you have a family, well you won’t see them or get to spend time with them. This job is all commission.
