My co-workers were pretty awesome. A lot of us realized together that it was scam.
Cons
It's a giant multi-level marketing cult. They trick union workers. It's the typical 'bait and switch' method. You call the union workers telling them you have their 'benefits', but you don't. You just want to convince them to let you come over to their house so you can sell them life insurance. It's pretty sleezy. Only the sleeziest/most aggressive people made money. Then they pack you into this auditorium 'office' and do this weird cult thing. You have to be there to understand how 'don't drink the punch' cult-ish it is. Don't waste your time. Really.
