Depending on what department you work in the work life balance is good.. It is very relaxed and come as you go but again it depends on who you work for. I think the benefits and matching is good, it could always be more but I believe AI provides a good balance with benefits and health care. This probably also depends if you are single or not.. Cons
If the ceo and higher management would go away company would probably get better. A lot of words but no action.. Saying and doing or two completely different things.. The circle of safety revolves around the higher ups. They need to extend that circle of safety out to the most junior member of the organization and not be afraid to take some chances on things.. Really tired of hearing about EBITDA and making money here, loosing there, if this happens, money, money, money.. Poor focus.
